In-Person Returns:

We offer a 14-day store credit exchange policy for in-person purchases. Items are eligible for return if they are unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at sales@reneedeparisjewelry.com or visit our store to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days. Depending on the nature of the return, such as same-day returns, a restocking fee of up to 40% may apply. For any problems, contact us at sales@reneedeparisjewelry.com or visit our store.

Online Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns for online orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This fee is due to shipping and payment costs. However, if the item has any defects, please contact us for further assistance.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at sales@reneedeparisjewelry.com to initiate a return.
  2. Returns should be sent to the following address: 6608 Collins Ave, Miami Beach FL 33141.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: All returns for online orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This fee is due to shipping and payment costs. However, if the item has any defects, please contact us for further assistance.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids and gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item following our return process and making a separate purchase for the desired item.

Returns for EU Customers: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at sales@reneedeparisjewelry.com.
